Thrilled beyond words to have had the chance to pick up the girls on the first day of school.  Emily is a sophomore!  I would say that I can’t believe it, only I DO.  This girl has worked her butt off to get herself where she is, and yes, she has absolutely earned her sophomore status.  And soon…..   there will be a driver’s license….  (!)

You know what made me really happy?  The day before school started, they had their clothes all picked out, and their new backpacks, and all that.  And just a little summer vacation left… so they were sitting up all evening playing Penguin Club.

Excuse me.  I have been corrected.  It is not Penguin Club.  It is Club Penguin.
